Payments.  All purchases can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or personal check.  A $25.00 service charge will apply to any returned check.

Shipping and Delivery.  All shipments will be made by USPS.  All shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.  Customer may pick up purchase.

Guarantees.  Workmanship is guaranteed if a determination is made that the product had not been severely used.  Return shipping to the customer

Exchanges and Returns.  Montana Crafts by Linda guarantees your satisfaction.  In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order, you may return it for exchange or your money back.  All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days upon receipt of order and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  Please package all returns/exchange items safely and securely.  If any damages are made to the products by use of shipping, customer will be notified and charged accordingly.  Shipping charges are not refundable.   If you pick up your purchase, it can be brought back for exchange or refund.  Any damage noted will be taken into consideration.
